Rhys Hair Loft Website Refresh
( Freelance Project )
I wore many hats for this project as a consultant, educator, project manager, and of course a UX designer.

I was tasked with redesigning a local SLC hair salons website to improve usability, attract new customers,
and increase online engagement.

With a conservative budget and tight timeframe to consider, I chose to do a UX/UI design sprint and completed this project in 1.5 weeks.
"Since it's update, there has been less confusion for my clients when they use the new site to book appointments or learn about all
of my services. It's much easier to navigate as well."

FAIRE
( Contract )
At FAIRE, an online wholesale marketplace for retailers and brands, I contributed to creating on-brand marketing emails, one-pagers, presentations, and an email blog redesign project, adhering to FAIRE's slate style guidelines. Collaborating closely with the senior designer, I managed projects from briefing to delivery, using Notion to track progress and correspondence. All assets underwent thorough review during creative sessions before final approval and client delivery, ensuring high-quality results aligned with FAIRE’s brand identity.

"We think that [ the business review decks Jamiah created ]
are working well!! We've gotten very high adoption across the
team on Business Reviews - our NAM goal was to land
at 500 by EOQ and we are already past that."
